Three partner companies of New Path Fire & Security Group have come together under a new office roof at Huntingdon’s Hinchingbrooke Business Park in a deal in which the local office of Eddisons acted as agent on behalf of the landlord.
At 7 Ramsay Court, a 5,188 sq ft, self-contained, two storey office building, New Path has brought together Advanced Fire Security, Aran Fire Protection and BDi Security Solutions to offer their accredited, collaborative and complementary fire safety and security services to the Group’s network of local, regional and national client base who operate in a range of business sectors.
In seeking offices to act as a new hub for the three companies, the New Path Group needed a location with good connectivity. Hinchingbrooke Business Park offered that in being situated so close to the A14 and A1(M) interchanges.
Speaking at the opening of the new offices, Ian Panter, Group Business Director at New Path Fire & Security Group said, “The move underlines our ongoing commitment to support our partner companies with the facilities, resources and collaborative environment in which they can thrive in order to deliver the best services to our clients.”
Eddisons’ agency on the 7 Ramsay Court lease to the New Path Group was led by Stephen Power. He added, “Hinchingbrooke Business Park is a high quality business location at a key transport network hub for regional and onward connections to the compass points of the country.
“As such, it’s a popular location with professional and business services companies whose workforces are on-the-move as part of their daily operations.”
