The build is now complete of a brand new scheme of business units in St Ives with each unit being in its final stages of build and finish, available immediately and ‘ready-made’ for owner occupiers or landlords wishing to add to portfolios in the Cambridgeshire town.
The four units - soon to be completed - are the second phase of Meridian Court with the first phase already all sold and occupied on this scheme which forms part of the wider, established Compass Point business park on the edge of St Ives.
The units now available for sale in the second phase range in size from 2,292 sq ft to 4,588 sq ft with the bigger units at each end of the terrace. Prices start at £399,500.
Each of the business units on the second phase has its own allocated parking spaces, an entrance lobby with access to the warehouse/workshop area at ground floor level and office at first floor level. There are kitchenette and WC/cloakroom facilities in each unit too.
St Ives is located between Cambridge and Huntingdon and is accessed from the A14 as well as from local roads connecting the area’s commuter villages. According to Matthew Hunt of Eddisons, whose Huntingdon office is leading the firm’s agency at this second phase of Meridian Court following its success on the first phase, the blank canvas, ‘ready-made ‘status of the available units is what is likely to attract interest in the scheme but the location is a key point of appeal too.
