Location seals the deal for our latest Peterborough warehouse instruction

A company specialising in aerodynamics for trucks and trailers has been confirmed as a new tenant at Parigan Business Park, based in the Orton Southgate area of Peterborough. 

Built in 2022, Block B of Parigan Business Park is a modern 9,547 sq. ft. warehouse with office facilities, and will be additional premises for Aerodyne Global Ltd when it relocates from Bourne, Lincolnshire.

We acted as the sole agent on behalf of the landlord, and can vouch that the high-quality warehouse, which includes modern office and ancillary space as well as on-site parking, was very appealing to potential occupiers. Moreover, it was the Orton Southgate location that gave this instruction the edge.
