Eddisons is acting as joint agent on the final phase of units at Airfield Business Park, Market Harborough, Leicestershire where industrial/warehouse units from 1,500 sq ft to 11,500 sq ft are now available to let for occupation in early 2026, when the development completes.

Airfield Business Park has developed alongside the Harborough Innovation Centre, on Harrison Road, on the north side of the Leicestershire market town.

There was very strong demand for the first phase of units developed by Leicestershire County Council, with all 12 units being let very quickly following completion, according to Kettering's Amanda Lawrence, who has acted as one of the agents under instruction on units at the Park.

This final phase of the business park has seen 67,000 sq ft pre-let to Bramble Foods, who already employ more than 150 people in Market Harborough. It currently leases a unit on Airfield Business Park and will be taking the additional new unit to further expand their growing business.

In addition, 1,800 sq ft of trading space has been reserved by to Costa Coffee for a drive-thru facility, with a further 2,300 sq ft of drive-thru space still available.

The remaining units available to let are of steel portal frame construction with an eaves height of 6 metres to 8 metres with dedicated parking and loading bays. Additional features include PV solar panels on roofs and EV charging points in the parking areas.

The agent advises that while the available units range in size from 1,500 sq ft to 11,500 sq ft units can be combined to offer other space permutation, subject to build stage.

Commenting on the available units in this final phase of Airfield Business Park, Amanda Lawrence said, “This is now an established business location in the town and the surrounding area. Professionally, it’s been very rewarding to act under instruction from its earliest days through to this, its final phase.

“It’s a testament to the profile of the park that we secured tenant interest in this phase from the outset and now we are set for the final agency push on the remaining units as the year get underway.”
