Our team on the South Coast is putting the steps in place to make 2025 a year of success!
Senior surveyors Natalie Kyle, Ellis Sims and Dan Preddy, accompanied by property manager Kevin Daniells, are representing Eddisons by joining property associations in Southampton and Portsmouth.
Natalie Kyle promoted
Natalie Kyle has been part of the Southampton Property Association since 2024 and was recently promoted to Vice Chair and Junior Liaison Officer.
The role of junior liaison officer supports the next generation of property professionals through networking and CPD events. As Natalie also sits on the RICS Matrics committee, she is keen to collaborate with both institutions to create better opportunities for property professionals on the South Coast.
New members across the Coast
Ellis Sims, Kevin Daniells, and Dan Preddy have joined property associations as committee members too, with Dan joining Natalie at the SPA and Ellis becoming a member of the Portsmouth Property Association.
The SPA, having been a part of the professional landscape for over 75 years, is a well-regarded association known for its brilliant networking schemes and successful CPD sessions.
The Portsmouth Property Association, similar in its purposes to SPA, has been running for some 125 years and was originally named “The Portsmouth, Gosport and District Auctioneers, Estate Agents and Valuers Association”. Ellis and Kevin hope to add to the PPA’s continued success, over the coming year and more.
