Property consultant Eddisons has appointed Fraser Dawe as an associate director, based across its six South West and South Wales offices.
With over a decade of commercial property experience, valuation expert Fraser, who holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from UWE, specialises in the purpose-built student accommodation sector as well as general commercial and residential asset valuations. He joins Eddisons from JLL’s Bristol office.
He will be based primarily in Eddisons’ Bristol office, covering the whole South West and South Wales region.
David Chichester, Eddisons' regional director for the South West and South Wales, said: “It’s great to welcome Fraser on board as a member of our Eddisons team in the region. As well as being a highly experienced valuation professional in residential and commercial property, he is also an expert in the purpose-built student accommodation market with in-depth knowledge of the sector.
“Student accommodation investment is a growing area of business for us as demand for student housing continues to surge across the region, and especially in Bristol. Fraser’s appointment is a real boost to our team and enables us to extend our client-focused offering still further.”
Eddisons employs 21 people at its Bristol office with further hires planned later this year. The firm’s South West and South Wales region incorporates a further five offices in Cardiff, Bath, Cheltenham, Swindon and Exeter.
Fraser’s appointment comes as Eddisons continues its robust strategy for growth. The business has made 10 acquisitions in the last decade and employs over 450 people across 30 UK offices.
