Deal done in pre-eminent Peterborough office location

A modern two-storey office at Lynch Wood, Peterborough Business Park has been let by BTG Eddisons to a local professional services firm operating in the financial sector which is expanding its business.

BTG Eddisons was the sole agent in acting on behalf of the landlord in letting the 2,340 sq ft office property, 11 Commerce Road, Lynch Wood where the new tenant is understood to be moving in before the end of the year.

The Lynch Wood district of Peterborough is considered one of the city’s pre-eminent office business park locations, according to BTG Eddisons.
