Our Huntingdon office is close to closing out on its latest set of new-build business unit instructions at the Meridian Court scheme on Compass Point in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
The recent sales of two units to owner-occupiers and another now under offer to an investor leave just one of the smaller units, at 2,412 sq ft, for sale on this second and final phase of Meridian Court.
One of the larger units - 3,556 sq ft - has been sold to a specialist commercial and promotional signage company that is relocating from a smaller unit it purchased on the first phase of Meridian Court in 2023 - and on which BTG Eddisons is now instructed to let.
Another 3,556 sq ft unit has been sold to another owner-occupier business.

These larger units were quoted for sale at £525,000 - although the final sale price is not confirmed by BTG Eddisons.
The first phase of Meridian Court saw 100 per cent take up, prompting the bringing forward of this latest, second and final phase.
Compass Point is an established business park in St Ives, standing at key road interchange in the town, connecting the local road network with access routes to the A14.
Matthew Hunt of BTG Eddisons has led the negotiations on the latest deals at Meridian Court. He said, “This is a new-build scheme that has added to the mix of commercial premises at Compass Point - which includes conventional offices, as well as light industrial units.
“Undoubtedly, the ‘blank canvas’ appeal of brand new, high-quality business units has underpinned the success of Meridian Court but the location has also played its part in attracting owner-occupiers and investors alike.
“St Ives continues to be an extremely viable option for regional and national operators and investors.”
