Our Cambridge team has confirmed the sale of the freehold interest in an office property on Jesus Lane in the heart of Cambridge’s historic city centre that was marketed for sale last autumn for £950,000.
The Grade II Listed, four-storey office premises at 10 Jesus Lane offers a total of 2,196 sq ft of office space with many period features retained in its place in reflecting the historic surroundings' location.
While neither the new freehold owner nor the final sale price achieved are disclosed, director Ben Green - who led the agency on 10 Jesus Lane from the firm’s Cambridge office - said, “Freehold office opportunities don’t often come forward in Cambridge, in general, far less in such prime locations with College views.
“This property was always going to generate serious interest and did not fail to demonstrate the enduring demand for centrally located freeholds.”
