Buyer secured for office building in Huntingdon

Acting on behalf of the seller in the transaction, BTG Eddisons has secured the sale of a self-contained, three storey office building on Ermine Business Park on which the freehold was marketed for sale at £1.25 million.

At just under 13,000 sq ft (12,906 sq ft), Justinian House on Spitfire Close at Ermine Business Park - a major office district to the north of Huntingdon town centre - was offered to let or for sale with vacant possession.

While neither the identity of the buyer, nor the final sale price achieved is disclosed by BTG Eddisons, Stephen Power of the firm’s Huntingdon agency said, “While the office market has remained slow since the beginning of the year, our client accepted our considered advice on pricing to reflect market conditions locally to achieve the sale.”
