BTG Eddisons has announced two new appointments to the property surveying team based at its Peterborough office as the firm looks to the future in recruiting Anna Nguyen and Oliver Leaf as Graduate Surveyors.
Anna Nguyen joins with a degree in Property & Finance Investment from Nottingham Trent University from where she graduated in 2024 and went on to travel for two years before embarking on her formal career.
Oliver Leaf graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc degree in Real Estate two years ago since when he has been gaining work experience ahead of beginning his career in property with BTG Eddisons.
The new recruits will support BTG Eddisons’ senior professionals across a range of property disciplines and services for clients across its East Midlands and East regions in gaining experience of the sector.

As Graduate Surveyors, both will combine work with study, supported by BTG Eddisons, in working towards professional qualification status awarded by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) - the industry’s professional body.
Welcoming Anna and Oliver to BTG Eddisons, Gavin Hynes, Managing Director (East), said, “We are delighted that Anna and Oliver have chosen to join the team at our Peterborough office. With the two new recruits, this takes the headcount to 28 at Peterborough.
“This is a particularly exciting time in the expansion of BTG Eddisons across the country, and we look forward to working with the two of them over the coming years.”
