BTG Eddisons strengthens national asset management offer with Hornbeam acquisition

BTG Eddisons has expanded their presence across the South East with the acquisition of Milton Keynes-based commercial property and asset management consultancy Hornbeam.

Founded by directors Sophie Hart and Stuart Lucas, Hornbeam employs 13 people and acts for a range of institutional and fund clients across the UK.

The acquisition adds a specialist institutional asset management capability to BTG Eddisons' national service offering and further strengthens the firm's position as one of the UK's fastest-growing property consultancies. It reflects the business's ongoing strategy of combining specialist expertise with a broad national platform, providing clients with access to an expanded range of property and advisory services.

Similarly, Hornbeam's dedication to its clients across its service has ensured it has gained and retained a strong and loyal customer base - one that will remain the focus of the team's business strategy as part of BTG Eddisons.
