BTG Eddisons Property Auctions, part of leading financial and real estate advisory group BTG, has held an industry-first in-room auction event at the National Landlord Investment Show (NLIS), contributing to a total of £27m in sales generated from its October national auctions.
The live auction at one of the UK’s leading property investment events offered sellers the opportunity to showcase their property to active landlords, investors and developers, alongside a national audience of online bidders. The in-room auction formed day one of the Live Stream Auction with day two continuing in its Nottingham auction studio.
The auctioneer also held a two-day online auction with a 24-hour bidding window and two white-labelled partner agent auctions, resulting in 379 lots offered and over 3,000 bids placed throughout the month.

The hybrid auction saw both days live streamed to a nationwide audience, offering bidding online, on the phone and by proxy with the addition of in-person bidding at London’s Old Billingsgate in a packed auction room. Across the two days, five auctioneers from the BTG Eddisons Property Auctions national team, Andrew Parker, Edward Feather, Richard Worrall, Graham Penny and Lucy Crapper, took to the rostrum.
As one of the UK’s largest auction providers, BTG Eddisons Property Auctions used the event to showcase how auctions can be an effective route to market for sellers, while providing investors, developers and property professionals with opportunities to acquire assets and support future growth.
This latest London showcase auction is another event in what’s becoming a hugely successful 2026 for the business, having now raised £250m in sales so far this year.
Alongside the real estate advisory services under BTG Eddisons and the wider financial and restructuring solutions across BTG, BTG Eddisons Property Auctions continues to be an innovative, strategic tool for the group and its clients.
Andrew Parker, Managing Director of BTG Eddisons Property Auctions, part of BTG, said:
“It has been fantastic to round off another successful national auction delivering brilliant results for our clients and great opportunities for the buyers, which was enhanced even further by another successful in-room showcase at the National Landlord Investment Show. The show at the Old Billingsgate was an apt venue to demonstrate how the auctions delivered by our hard-working team of experts provide opportunities for investors, landlords, developers and property professionals, alongside the latest advancements in live stream and online auctions.
“Bringing together the thrill of the traditional in-room auction with the latest in digital-first live stream auction technology, the event showed how human interaction and relationships combine with tech innovation to deliver the best service and outcome for buyers and sellers needing the speed, certainty and transparency that has made the route grow in popularity, as well as a wider national reach.
“Auctions are a helpful strategic tool for quickly unlocking value, for individuals or businesses, and along with the teams across BTG’s range of expert services, we are able to support clients with their growth goals as they navigate challenging conditions. We look forward to continuing to showcase how we are innovating and leading in the world of auctions as more buyers and sellers choose this route.”
