BTG Eddisons has been recognised as the leading agent in the East Midlands and East of England for transactions completed in a number of commercial sectors.
Property platform Kato has identified BTG Eddisons as the top Office Agency of the Year in both the East Midlands and East of England regions and also the winner of the title Retail Agency of the Year in the East Midlands and the runner up in this sector category in the East of England.
BTG Eddisons also featured in the run down of the Top 5 in the Industrial Agency of the Year category in both the East Midlands and East of England regional patches.
The Kato Awards recognise the commercial property agencies who contributed the largest verified transaction volumes on its data gathering platform over a twelve month period across the UK. The deals run across office, retail, industrial and the investment sectors and are based on total square footage.
