April launch for March industrial instruction

April has seen BTG Eddisons launch an industrial workshop/warehouse with offices in the Fenland town of March, Cambridgeshire, as its latest agency instruction.

On the town’s principal trading location, forming part of March Industrial Estate, 4 Thorby Avenue is a 17,821 sq ft set of premises offered to let or for freehold sale through our Huntingdon office at a guide price of £1.1 million.

The warehouse unit is detached and has two floors of office accommodation. The main workshop is split into two areas and there are three, large lean-to workshops at the rear. The main workshop has a crane with a loading capacity of 10 tonnes while the smaller workshop has a crane with a 5 tonne capacity.

March is a market town located on the A141 between Huntingdon and King’s Lynn. It is 20 miles east of Peterborough and six miles south of Wisbech.

The trading estate surrounding 4 Thorby Avenue is a mile north of March town centre and there are a number of high profile retail and trade counter occupiers in close proximity, including Tesco Superstore, B&M, Ridgeons and Smurfit Kappa.
