Eddisons has been appointed as joint agent with Carter Jonas at Wellbrook Court, a 40,000 sq ft office park in Girton, Cambridge.
The appointment of Eddisons comes after Wellbrook Court was sold to a new owner just over a year ago. A significant investment programme is underway to upgrade and refresh the office buildings and the scheme to enhance the park’s potential as an accessible Cambridge location.
Wellbrook Court is on Girton Corner, to the north of Cambridge’s city centre and close to the University’s Girton College. The offices are close to Junction 13 of the M11 and Junction 32 of the A14. Accessibility is set to improve further when a link road, via the new Darwin Green residential development, is completed.
Wellbrook Court hosts a number of high profile occupiers in the professional and financial services sectors including AECOM, TSA Riley and Chase de Vere among other corporate occupiers.
Many of these companies have been occupiers for a while with a number renewing their leases since the acquisition of Wellbrook Court by its new owner.
There are just three office suites currently available to let ranging in size 2,080 sq ft to 5,385 sq ft. All offer high quality refurbished air-conditioned accommodation suitable for office and R&D use, with a very generous car parking ratio.
