Eddisons were instructed to value one of the UKs largest retail parks in the UK. The retail park had millions of visitors annually and included 70 plus shops. Eddisons were originally approached to value the land and all retail buildings to an agreed deadline.
Approach
Eddisons accomplished full inspection of each retail building within the retail park. The specialist valuation team of RICS registered valuers who have many years of experience set out to achieve the deadline and arrive at an opinion of value.
Results
Eddisons met the proposed deadline and provided all valuation information and advice required. Eddisons provided supporting evidence, valuation rationale and several recommendations to aid with the client’s future strategy.
