A large GP surgery was undergoing partnership changes which required professional advice relating to the value of the surgery premises. Eddisons were recommend to carry out the valuation.
Solution
Eddisons appointed a RICS registered valuer to undertake the inspection of the surgery. Research of the local property market was also conducted as part of the assessment of the factors affecting the surgery valuation.
Results
A comprehensive valuation report was provided. The report was clear, concise and explained the approach and factors considered for the valuation.
