Approach
The RICS registered valuers set out to value the care home. Various factors were taken into consideration, such as the condition of the premises, whether the property was freehold/leasehold, fixtures, fittings, furnishings, trading performance, location and many more.
Results
A comprehensive valuation report was provided. The report was clear, concise and explained the approach and factors considered for the valuation. Our client, who cannot be named due to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), was pleased with the detail of the valuation and the timely delivery. The care home was sold just one month later.
