Junction Point is a modern warehouse investment on a 2.3 acre site and with 10,400 sq ft of offices and 39,000 sq ft of warehouse space. It was let to Healthcare at Home, at a rent of £120k per annum, on a ten-year term that began in 2014. Eddisons were approached to market and sell the property.


As part of our approach, we took into consideration rating and planning issues, and provided an energy performance certificate. The warehouse was producing a steady yearly rental income, and we presented it as an excellent modern industrial and warehouse development, offering high quality buildings in a highly accessible, strategic motorway location.

The location also benefited from the nearby European rail freight access through the Europort freight terminal, ready access to the deep water ports of Goole and Hull, with five international airports within a one hour drive.


We generated significant interest in the 39,000sq ft investment warehouse at Featherstone’s Green Lane Industrial Estate. Ultimately, it sold for an impressive £2m to warehousing business Onward Holdings.
