Results
With years of experience in the residential lettings market, Eddisons have built a trusted reputation for marketing and letting properties quickly and effectively. Over the last 15 years, the firm has handled lettings for more than 85 residential properties, including:
- Sincil Street: Nine 1-bed apartments above the new Co-op in Lincoln’s Cornhill Quarter were fully let with tenants in place by the end of 2019.
- Tattershall Co-op: Three newly refurbished apartments above the revamped store were leased shortly after completion. Eddisons also project managed the £1.5m refurbishment.
- Newport Court: A block of 15 apartments across three buildings, five of which are individually let and managed by Eddisons as part of their residential portfolio.
