Banks Long & Co offer a comprehensive residential lettings service that covers rental assessment, property marketing, viewings, tenant vetting, preparation of tenancy agreements, inventories, safety checks, rent negotiation; annual renewals, and rent collection.
Approach
The Residential Lettings team are responsible for ensuring each property is let, and that the expectations and requirements of the tenants and landlords are consistently met.
Results
The experience and knowledge developed over many years operating in the market ensure Banks Long & Co are best placed to advertise and market each residential property, before ensuring an efficient and effective rental process between landlords and tenants.
Banks Long & Co have been relied upon for the residential lettings of over 85 properties over the last 15 years, including:
Sincil Street: Nine 1-bed apartments located above the new Co-op in Lincoln’s regenerated Cornhill Quarter. Arriving on the market in September 2019, each property was let and had a tenant moved in before the end of the year.
Tattershall Co-op: Three newly refurbished apartments above the revamped Co-op in Tattershall. Banks Long & Co project managed the £1.5m refurbishment of both the store and the apartments and, upon their completion, were responsible for the management and leasing of the residential flats. Each apartment was leased soon after they went on the market.
Newport Court: 15 apartments over three buildings managed by Banks Long & Co as part of their block management portfolio. Five of these apartments are let and managed for individual landlords.
