Carlton Mews forms part of Phase 5 of the wider Carlton Centre development, Lincoln’s largest retail and neighbourhood hub north of the city centre. Situated above the Centre’s medical and neighbourhood facilities and totalling 140,000 sq ft, Carlton Mews comprises 11 residential apartments, carefully integrated into the broader mixed-use scheme.
Following Eddisons’ successful delivery of development consultancy, lettings, and ongoing property management for The Carlton Centre as a whole, the firm was appointed to manage the residential component: the 11 Carlton Mews apartments.
Approach
The residential management strategy was designed to complement the commercial management already in place, ensuring that both aspects of the scheme were aligned in terms of service delivery, maintenance standards, and tenant communication.
Results
Eddisons’ proactive approach to managing the residential units has helped maintain consistently high levels of occupancy at Carlton Mews. Working closely with the wider commercial management team, the residential element has delivered strong and stable rental returns since its completion.
This consistent income stream has contributed to the long-term capital appreciation of the residential asset, underpinning its value within one of Lincolnshire’s most significant mixed-use investments.
