Eddisons was appointed to manage a number of modern office buildings located on Harcourt Way, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, on behalf of a long-standing landlord client. The properties form part of one of Leicester’s premier business destinations, home to a range of national and regional occupiers.
Approach
Led by Tom Freer and Olivia Gresswell, the Property Management team provides a comprehensive management service designed to protect and enhance the client’s investment. This includes the day-to-day management of the buildings, administration of lease events, and coordination of maintenance and compliance activities.
Eddisons oversees the collection of rents, the preparation and management of annual service charge budgets, and ensures all statutory maintenance and safety obligations are met across the portfolio. The team also liaises directly with tenants to maintain strong working relationships and resolve any operational or maintenance issues promptly and effectively.

Through proactive management, Eddisons has helped maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction and strong occupancy across the offices. The clear reporting structure, accurate budgeting, and regular on-site inspections ensure the properties are maintained to a consistently high standard.
