A long term association as the property manager for a private client on their industrial unit in Northampton, saw the Eastern property management team pooling on other Eddisons’ expertise in, effectively, offering asset management advice.
Approach
When the incumbent tenant went in to liquidation, the owner & long term client, for whom Eddisons had acted as property manager on the unit for over a decade, decided to sell the unit in looking to fulfill a planned disposal programme, pending a lifestyle change.
Familiarity with the property, saw the Eddisons’ property management team in the East help prepare the unit for marketing with vacant possession with a guide price of £980,000.
Results
The unit was sold successfully to the satisfaction of all parties, thus ensuring a tidy end to what had been a long and enduring professional relationship between Eddisons and this private client.
