Letting of 16,000 sq ft: Capital House, London

Ocorian instructed BTG Eddisons in March 2026. The brief was to let 16,000 sq ft of office space at the building, at 25 Chapel Street, London NW1.

Richard Spencer led the instruction alongside Omar Saad. The team advised Ocorian on the letting and took the space to market.

BTG Eddisons let the space to the NHS, with the transaction completing in September 2026. The letting secured a public sector occupier for the building within six months of instruction.
