The team set out clear forecasts for short-term and ten-year capital expenditure, giving MKDP a realistic view of costs ahead. It also reviewed statutory obligations and flagged opportunities for energy efficiency upgrades, adding further value to the instruction.

MKDP now has a clear, actionable plan to maintain Bouverie House and manage costs effectively over the long term. The survey gives MKDP improved clarity for budgeting and cash flow management, informs decisions on lease agreements and repair responsibilities, and confirms statutory obligations are known and managed. It also strengthens landlord-tenant relationships through proactive building management, while identifying opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
