- Job Title: Valuation Surveyor
- Location: Devon or Cornwall
- Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 + package
- Working hours: Full time
- 25 days annual leave, pension, death in service

Role and Requirements
- Work on a mix of loan security and regulated purpose valuations.
- Prepare valuations and strategic advice to a wide variety of clients.
- Be able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions.
Experience
- MRICS or FRICS Qualified
- Registered Valuer
- Commercial & Residential Valuation experience
- Excellent written report writing and communication skills
- Competent in Excel and Word and ideally other software packages (such as Argus and Kel)
