Your Role as a Sales Negotiator
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, and estate agents from the moment a property goes live until the sale is agreed.
You’ll thrive on delivering exceptional customer service, hitting targets, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. With a proactive, professional, and energetic approach, you’ll ensure every interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Manage properties from listing to sale
- Support buyers through registration to become bid-ready
- Arrange and coordinate viewings efficiently
- Handle incoming calls to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain regular contact with buyers, sellers, and agents throughout the sales process
- Manage expectations of all parties involved
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Promote legal packs and conveyancing providers to meet monthly targets
- Use initiative to overcome obstacles preventing sales progression
- Recommend improvements to enhance customer service
- Collaborate with administration teams on property particulars
- Support valuers when required
- Identify new sales opportunities
Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a versatile, customer-focused individual who understands what great service looks like and has the drive to deliver it.
You’ll bring:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in the property sector and customer service
- At least 12 months’ experience in a Sales Negotiator role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- A keen eye for detail
