About the job
Our Manchester office is currently seeking a Residential focussed Valuation Surveyor. This role calls for an RICS-registered valuer with experience in loan security work.
This position offers a unique chance to work with a diverse client base, from property developers and investors to large corporate businesses, providing a wide range of interesting and dynamic experiences.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for professionals who are:
- RICS-registered valuers with a focus on loan security
- Experienced in Residential Development Valuation advisory work
- Competent with the use of Argus Developer and other proprietary software
- Working in our valuation team is diverse and rewarding, with real impact on clients’ businesses
Key Areas of Work
- Loan Security: Offering lenders comprehensive, independent reports on market and rental values of properties, development schemes or entire portfolios
- Alternative Valuations: Conducting valuations for financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation, and taxation
- Company Accounts Valuation: Providing clients with detailed, accurate reports on the value of their property assets
- Fund Valuation: Supplying asset management companies and investment trusts with essential data on their property holdings
