BTG Eddisons is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Agent, to be based in their established Liverpool City Centre Commercial Agency Team.
Role responsibilities
- Assist and lead pitch presentation to new and existing clients on the services Eddison’s provide.
- Assist/lead on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions which support the Clients core business, plans, and objectives.
- Work closely with external parties such as project managers and fit-out contractors ensuring a smooth and seamless process
- Working with management to improve team processes and consistently updating them with significant deal information
- Hosting market events
- Collaborate daily with the Business Development team on all opportunities
About you
- Experienced established Commercial Property Agent with a track record of business development
- Proficient using Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience using CRM systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent numeracy skills
