The role
We are looking for a talented Director or Associate Director to join our London team as we continue to expand our presence in key markets. This is a rare opportunity to combine autonomy, leadership, and hands-on involvement across a diverse range of assets – from stalled residential schemes and mixed-use developments to distressed commercial properties.
The Opportunity
In this senior role, you’ll work closely with our leadership team to provide strategic advice to banks and insolvency practitioners. Your work will span market valuations, asset disposal strategies, distressed asset due diligence, and value recovery initiatives. You’ll be influential in delivering tangible outcomes for clients navigating complex situations, with the chance to shape projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-value restructuring and valuation projects across a broad asset mix
- Prepare detailed reports for lenders and stakeholders on market values, rental values, and exit strategies
- Conduct asset due diligence and propose innovative solutions for value recovery
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Collaborate directly with receivers, insolvency practitioners, and lenders
Who We’re Looking For
- MRICS qualified with strong experience in valuation and/or restructuring
- Experience delivering secured lending valuations and strategic asset reviews
- Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage complex instructions across different property types
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach
