This role is within our Peterborough Commercial Agency Team working within a multi-disciplinary office.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist and lead pitch presentations to new and existing clients on the services Eddisons provide.
- Assist/lead on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions which support the clients' core business, plans, and objectives.
- Work closely with external parties, such as project managers and fit-out contractors, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
- Working with management to improve team processes and consistently updating them with significant deal information.
- Working with the Operations and Technology departments on new ideas to improve internal systems.
- Hosting market events.
- Collaborate daily with the Business Development team on all opportunities.
About You
- Experienced Commercial Agent with at least 5 years'
- Proficient using Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience using CRM systems
