This role is within our Cambridge Commercial Agency Team working within a multi-disciplinary office.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist with presentations to new and existing clients on the services Eddison’s provide.
- Assist on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions which support the Clients core business, plans, and objectives.
- Work closely with external parties such as project managers and fit-out contractors ensuring a smooth and seamless process
- Working with management to improve team processes and consistently updating them with significant deal information
- Working with the Operations and Technology departments on new ideas to improve internal systems
- Hosting market events
- Collaborate daily with the Business Development team on all opportunities
About you
- Experienced Commercial Agent with at least 1 years' experience
- Proficient using Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience using CRM systems
