We provide a comprehensive range of professional services to clients across the UK and internationally, combining deep sector expertise with innovative solutions. As part of our strategic growth, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to strengthen our client acquisition and revenue generation activities.

Role Purpose

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and revenue growth across the UK. The role requires ownership of the full business development cycle, from prospecting and pitching through to closing, and the ability to build strong relationships with senior decision makers. The successful candidate will contribute to the wider strategic growth initiatives of the business. This position will be based in our Leeds Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve client acquisition and revenue targets
  • Manage the complete business development process, including prospecting, pitching, and closing
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including C-Suite, Facilities Management, HR, and Real Estate leaders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions to clients
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through direct outbound activity and channel partners
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity in Microsoft Dynamics and provide reliable forecasting
  • Contribute to regional strategic growth initiatives

Key Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ B2B enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record in new business generation
  • Strong background in consultative sales within services industries
  • Experience selling enterprise solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex and extended sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging at C-level
  • Commercially driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
