Key Responsibilities

  • Read and review auction legal packs to ensure all properties meet compliance requirements before being listed for auction
  • Update marketing literature and documentation to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance at all times
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage and resolve incoming queries effectively
  • Use initiative to identify and resolve issues that may prevent a sales lead from progressing
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to continuous service improvement
  • Carry out any additional duties as required by the Line Manager.

Essential Requirements

  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Proven ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
  • Accurate data entry and confident typing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong technical proficiency across standard office systems and tools
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised approach with the ability to prioritise workload effectively

Preferred (Not Essential)

  • Experience working in a conveyancing role at any level
