Job Title: Auction Legal Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Read and review auction legal packs to ensure all properties meet compliance requirements before being listed for auction
- Update marketing literature and documentation to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance at all times
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage and resolve incoming queries effectively
- Use initiative to identify and resolve issues that may prevent a sales lead from progressing
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to continuous service improvement
- Carry out any additional duties as required by the Line Manager.
Essential Requirements
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Proven ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
- Accurate data entry and confident typing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong technical proficiency across standard office systems and tools
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised approach with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
Preferred (Not Essential)
- Experience working in a conveyancing role at any level
