Job Description

  • Job Title: Graduate Valuations Surveyor
  • Location: Leeds
  • Salary: Subject to experience
  • Working hours: Full time
  • 25 days annual leave, pension, death in service

As a graduate in our Valuations team, you’ll join us on a two-year journey to become a Chartered Valuations Surveyor & registered valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). You will have the opportunity to work on a range of real estate from Industrial, Offices through to large residential portfolios. Carrying out Valuations for Secured lending on behalf of a range of lenders. At the same time, we’ll support you in completing your assessment of professional competence (APC).

Experience

  • RICS Accredited BSc or MSc
  • Driving Licence
