We are instructed as agents to assist proposed Administrators with the disposal of the business and assets of Consulting Engineers operating in the energy sector.

The business specialises in solutions for gas and oil processing including transport and storage. Management have over 40 years’ combined experience in the sector working internationally on new infrastructure and process optimisation projects including gas processing, terminal storage, LNG and sustainable energy.

Offers are invited for the purchase of the Company’s business and assets.

Staff:  The Company currently employs 23 members of staff comprising: Directors – 2 Head office support (Accounts/Marketing/HR) – 5 Engineers– 16

The Company utilises the services of additional Engineers on a consultancy basis

Premises: The Company operates from leasehold premises. The lease is held by an associated company so relocation may become necessary.

Assets: The Company utilises specialist software, it also utilises a trademark and industry accreditations. Certain software and licenses employed in the business are subject to lease and transfer may be negotiable.

Customers: The Company currently holds 5 ongoing contracts which are at varying stages and subject to stage payments on application. It also has a base of returning customers which are not contracted but based on long held relationships with senior personnel. Preferred supplier status held with 2 customers.
