Units C & D Hampton Business Park will comprise two detached self-contained units, each on their own self contained site and the units form part of a new development of 3 in total with Unit E already pre-let to MKM Builders Merchants with completion set for late 2025 / early 2026. Both units will have an eaves height extending to 8m / 26 ft and extensive yard areas. Offices within each unit will be provided and at pre-construction stage can be adapted to suit occupier requirement. Unit D will also include two dock level loading doors. The development is anticipated to be completed during summer 2026.
