St George's House offers a total of 11 serviced suites, available either separately or combined (subject to availability). The offices are fully carpeted and office furniture is provided (by agreement). There is secure gated parking to the rear which is available by negotiation. The licence fee includes the following; - Telephone answering in company name - Gas and electricity - Reception services - Cleaning of suite and common parts - Maintenance of heating and lighting - Contribution toward building insurance - General maintenance - Business rates - Car parking
