The site is located on the south eastern side of Bourne, fronting South Fen Road. South Fen Road is on the junction with Cherry Holt Road, the main industrial area in Bourne. There is a access road leading to the site. The surrounding area includes industrial units and the householder recycling centre. The site is a regular shape and a prominent corner plot onto South Fen Road which provides a steady flow of traffic.
