Aycliffe House fronts Pywell Road in Corby and is a detached portal frame building with insulated profile steel cladding to the front elevations and to the roof, with the roof incorporating double skin translucent roof lights. Windows are double glazed aluminium framed units and two personnel doors. Internally there are two-storey offices fitted with a combination of carpeting and tiled flooring with dado trunking, suspended ceilings and inset fluorescent lighting, with male and female wc's on both floors and mainly heated via a gas fired radiator system and comfort cooling / heating cassettes. Production warehouse is split into two bays with cross loading facility with 4 loading doors into the main yard area and a further 5 loading doors to the smaller rear yard. Eaves height is approximately 7m clear and 7.80m full with an apex of approximately 9.2m. There is LED lighting and fans in the roof area and heating is via gas suspended heaters. Externally the site is fully secured via metal Palisade fence, gated access to both front and rear yard areas, also incorporating car parking space with 70 marked out spaces.
