Eddisons complete letting of new gym and healthcare centre in Bury St Edmunds
Acting on behalf of West Suffolk Council, Eddisons has completed the letting of a warehouse unit in Bury St Edmunds to fitness business James Mclaren Fitness.
The company, which will now trade under the name Eventus 22, are relocating from smaller premises at Mercers Road to allow them to significantly expand their growing business. Planning approval has been granted by West Suffolk Council to construct a new gym and healthcare centre which will open 6 days a week.
Located at Unit 1 Bunting Road, the unit provides 4364 sq ft of recently refurbished warehouse space together with office accommodation over the ground and first floors, a small yard and a car park.
James Mclaren, Director of Eventus22, comments: “We have received great communication from Eddisons. They have been very helpful in assisting us with the lease of Unit 1 Bunting Road.”
