Tate James

Tate is an Apprentice Surveyor based in our Milton Keynes office, working within the commercial agency team across all sectors. He joined BTG Eddisons in 2022 following a period of work experience that opened his eyes to a career in commercial property, and has been building his practical knowledge ever since.

As part of the Milton Keynes agency team, Tate supports a wide range of transactions on behalf of a diverse client base, gaining hands-on experience across commercial property acquisitions, disposals, and lettings. His exposure to all sectors of the Milton Keynes commercial property market is giving him a broad foundation as he works towards qualification.

Tate joined BTG Eddisons following the integration of Kirkby Diamond into the business. Alongside his role, he is studying for a RICS-accredited BSc in Real Estate Management at the University College of Estate Management, covering planning, property law, people management, and other core disciplines. He aims to complete his APC and qualify as a Chartered Surveyor on completion of his degree.
