Nick is a Senior Surveyor based in our Milton Keynes office, specialising in commercial property agency across the office and retail sectors. With a detailed knowledge of local centres, office buildings, and business parks built over more than a decade of active practice in the region, he is one of the area's most experienced agents across these property types.
Since joining BTG Eddisons, Nick has completed over 100 lettings across offices and retail properties in Milton Keynes and the surrounding area, and has been responsible for some of the largest vacant possession sales of office and retail stock in the town. His work spans both commercial property acquisitions and disposals, acting for landlords, occupiers, and investors across the Milton Keynes commercial property market.
