William Fountaine

William is an Assistant Surveyor based in our Professional Services department. He brings a grounding in valuation alongside broad practical exposure across the property sector.

Over the years, William gained hands-on experience through placements at multiple practices. This includes a regional construction firm, a residential housebuilder, an independent chartered surveying practice, and a national property consultancy. This has provided him with well-rounded exposure to both commercial and residential property before entering professional practice.

Prior to joining BTG in 2025, William developed his early career knowledge through a range of work placements, building practical skills across construction, residential development, and surveying.
