Sophia Manning

Sophia is a Head of Facilities Management based in our Property Management team. A Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (CIWFM), she brings over 20 years' experience across a diverse range of property types, including retail, industrial, commercial offices and laboratory environments.

Sophia has progressed through every level of the Facilities Management discipline, from Assistant Science Park Manager through to Building Manager, Facilities Manager and Senior Facilities Manager. This breadth of hands-on experience gives her a thorough understanding of the practical and operational demands across the full property management lifecycle. Having worked on both the client and managing agent side of the industry, she is well placed to balance competing stakeholder requirements and manage complex portfolios effectively.

Prior to joining BTG in January 2025, Sophia developed her career across a range of facilities and property management roles, building the cross-sector expertise she brings to clients today. She is a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (CIWFM).
