About Sam
Sam is a Director Designate in our Property Management team. With over 15 years' experience in the commercial property sector, she brings a distinctive background combining legal training with hands-on estate and asset management, having worked both in-house and client side across national portfolios. Sam has a particularly strong knowledge of the Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire markets.
Sam's responsibilities span the full breadth of commercial property and asset management for institutional, occupational and private sector clients. Her work covers landlord and tenant matters, facilities management oversight, health and safety compliance, service charge budgeting, rent collection and debt recovery, and statutory reporting. She also has a strong interest in project managing refurbishments, renovations and restorations, and is actively involved in estate acquisitions, disposals, development and planning.
Prior to joining BTG, Sam developed her career at various high-profile companies, building expertise in both legal and operational aspects of commercial property management.
