Nigel Leedham

Nigel is a Director based in our St Albans office, specialising in lease advisory across rent reviews, lease renewals and lease extensions for a wide variety of landlord and tenant clients. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993 and holds the MRICS and ACIArb designations, reflecting his standing as both a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Nigel has a strong track record advising clients across a broad range of commercial property types, acting for both landlords and tenants on complex professional instructions. Previous clients have included major national operators across retail and financial services, alongside a variety of private property clients.

Prior to joining BTG Eddisons, Nigel ran his own chartered surveying practice for a number of years, specialising in rent reviews and lease renewals. Earlier in his career he held roles at several firms of Chartered Surveyors across the West End and North London, as well as an in-house Estates Surveyor role at a major national business. He completed his academic studies at the College of Estate Management, Reading.
