Nick Eames

Nick is a Regional Director (South Coast) based in our Fareham office. A chartered building surveyor with over 25 years' experience, he leads our building and project consultancy team across the South Coast, with particular expertise in dilapidations, party wall matters, and professional building surveying.

He advises landlords, tenants, investors, and owner-occupiers on the full range of building consultancy services, from dilapidations claims and party wall awards to building surveys, defect diagnosis, and project management. His work spans commercial and mixed-use property across Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex, and the Isle of Wight, where he has built long-standing relationships throughout the regional property market.

Prior to joining BTG Eddisons in 2022, Nick spent more than two decades at Daniells Harrison Chartered Surveyors, working as a chartered building surveyor. He holds a BSc in Building Surveying from Birmingham City University and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
