Mark Pepper

Mark is a Regional Director based in our Luton office, covering London and the South East. A Chartered Building Surveyor, he is one of the heads of our Building Consultancy team, delivering building surveying and project management instructions across the country. His services span project management, schedules of condition, building surveys, and dilapidations for commercial properties.

Working with a wide range of clients and building types, Mark has frequently taken on project management roles for commercial, residential and education clients, guiding projects from inception through to completion.

Mark joined BTG Eddisons in July 2008 and has built his career around hands-on building consultancy and project delivery. He holds a BSc (Hons) and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
